I’m a women’s health coach based in Bali, Indonesia — and I blend functional nutrition, naturopathy, nervous system science, strength training, Chinese medicine, and peptide therapy into one integrated approach.
But the credentials aren’t the story. The story is what I’ve lived through. The spinal injury. The leptospirosis and meningitis. The eating disorder years. The hospitalisation. The Child Protection investigation 24 hours after giving birth. The moments where every conventional system failed me — and where holistic health didn’t.
I have walked through fires that would have broken most people. And I emerged from each one with a deeper understanding of what the body is capable of when you listen to it — truly listen — and give it what it needs.
Every crisis became a classroom.
I didn’t build this system from research alone. I built it from necessity — from moments where I had no choice but to go deeper than conventional medicine was willing to go.
The Body I Couldn’t Live In
Before any of the dramatic health crises came something quieter and far more insidious — a war with my own body. I starved myself. I numbed with food. I swung between obsessive control and total disconnection. I was hospitalised. I lived the full spectrum of disordered eating — from restriction so severe my body began shutting down, to bingeing as a way to feel something, anything, other than what I was running from.
I know what it feels like to look in the mirror and hate what you see. To count every calorie in a desperate attempt to control the one thing that feels uncontrollable. To use food as punishment, as comfort, as both.

This experience lives at the foundation of everything I do. It’s why I never approach nutrition from a place of restriction or punishment. It’s why I understand, viscerally, the difference between eating for performance and eating for survival. And it’s why I hold my clients’ relationship with food with such care.
The Broken Spine That Changed Everything
A motorbike accident in Bali. Three fractured vertebrae. Doctors told me I was looking at a minimum of 18 months of recovery — conservative care, physiotherapy, patience. They were experienced medical professionals and they were absolutely certain.

My son Odin was born. What should have been the most sacred, tender window of my life became something I never saw coming. While still in hospital, a doctor made a decision about me — not based on neglect, not based on harm, but because I chose a different path for my son. I chose to nourish him in alignment with my beliefs. I questioned what I was being told. I chose not to blindly follow.
I went home holding my newborn, soaking in those first sacred moments. The next day there was a knock at the door. Child Protection Services.
Three days of interviews. My life, my choices, my motherhood under examination — all because a medical professional disagreed with my decisions. What followed was one of the most disorienting experiences of my life. Not because I doubted myself — but because the system was designed to make me doubt myself.
